Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery is a French steakhouse located in Bangkok. It serves one of the best steaks in town.

The steak that’s served here is made from fresh wagyu beef. You can feel its tenderness and juiciness while indulging in its excellent flavor. 

The staff knows what they’re doing and address all your needs, especially when it comes to the level of doneness of your steak. 

However, we found out that in some cases, they don’t get it right. One previous customer we spoke to requested a medium rare, but the steak turned out to be dry when it was served. 

We find this frustrating since it shows that the consistency of the customer service is not stable.

Aside from steak, the restaurant also offers a variety of food such as chicken, beef wellington, tomahawk, and many more. So, you don’t have to worry about going here with your friends if you don’t want to order steak. 

The ambiance of the steakhouse is good but not excellent. The arrangement of the tables is a bit crowded, maybe because the establishment is not that spacious.

When ordering a steak, you expect it to be a little pricey compared to other dishes. However, Cocotte seems to be over the top when it comes to the cost of its dishes.

So, if you’re on a budget but are craving steak, we recommend going to other local steakhouses. 

El Toro is a Churrascaria and Argentine-style steakhouse. It serves a variety of pork, lamb, and beef steaks.

What is a steakhouse without alcohol, right? Everyone can enjoy the large variety of premium wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails at El Toro Steakhouse.

Its steaks are available on the a la carte menu, and your order includes all sides. Additionally, tableside service includes serving roasted meat slices in the traditional Churrasco Rodizio style.

The steakhouse also has a butcher shop where all the cuts are laid out on a display so that everyone can inspect and judge the quality. 

Additionally, orders can be placed online for same-day delivery and can be done through Pandamart and HappyFresh.

El Toro also offers different promotions every week where you can enjoy steak discounts.

We observed that the restaurant didn’t always cook each steak according to the preferences of the customers. Although we received our steak just as we requested, we heard that the other table’s order wasn’t handled correctly.

We also find the steakhouse’s menu to be extremely expensive. We think that the service quality, drinks, and food served should cost slightly less. 

Lastly, if you don’t want to wait for as long as 2 hours, make sure to go early or book a reservation. 

Nothing is ever more reassuring than enjoying a decent steak that is well worth the cost. 

El Gaucho is a steakhouse that provides steakhouse-style food, utilizing great ingredients, particularly when it comes to its beef. 

The steakhouse serves high-quality, natural prime black Angus US grain fed, Australian black Angus grass-fed, and pure blood Australian wagyu, which are all Halal certified.

If you don’t eat much meat but were asked to a steakhouse by friends or coworkers, don’t worry; El Gaucho has got you covered. 

Even though steak is the menu’s main attraction, vegetarians and vegans can indulge in Argentinian-style appetizers, homemade soups, fresh salads, seafood, pork, and poultry meals. 

There are also savory desserts that will please even the pickiest culinary taste buds.

Another great thing about El Gaucho is it provides delivery and take-out on its menu and butcher shop. 

We like how the steakhouses’ website presents its whole menu with all the prices. Its transparency contributes a lot to helping customers decide what to order before going onsite.

Aside from the main dishes served, it also has a bar that offers classic and fusion cocktails and fine wines.

The steakhouse also has its butcher shop where you can buy fresh, quality meat on the spot. It has beef, wagyu, lamb, hamburger, and sausages.

However, the price is something that we don’t like. It’s overpriced, even for a single can of soda.

Also, the staff was not attentive. They don’t even greet you once you enter the steakhouse. 

Artur Restaurant blends sophistication and intimacy in a setting inspired by a Manhattan steakhouse with a romantic touch of Parisian delights. 

The menu includes a wide selection of delicious foods at reasonable prices, resulting in Michelin-starred specialties.

We’re particularly in love with how the restaurant plates its dishes. It really gives off that Michelin star restaurant vibe. 

All visitors may easily access Artur because of its prime location in the heart of Bangkok.

The steakhouse is unlike any other steakhouse that is loud and smoky. Artur Restaurant has this fine dining atmosphere where you can relax while you eat.

On the other hand, just like local steakhouses, it also offers a bar where you can enjoy your alcohol, whether martinis or other wines. 

The prices for the food are all reasonable, considering it’s owned by a chef who worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris.

The staff was helpful and polite, giving us everything we needed and attending to all of our requests. They will keep you entertained and provide complementary sides as starters if your order is delayed.

The only drawback that we saw was in its servings. The steakhouse tends to serve small portions, which we found a bit disappointing. 

Steak 69 Bangkok is one of your go-to steakhouses. It’s not that fancy but also not so typical. 

It offers a wide variety and the right quality of steaks and also serves chicken and pork dishes. 

The steakhouse itself is very casual, but you can still see the professionalism of each staff and chef. 

The service was great; the staff accommodated us all throughout our visit to the steakhouse. Also, the level of doneness that we requested for our steak was attended to very well. 

We find it super convenient that Steak 69’s menu is available for delivery through online food couriers such as Grab and Foodpanda.

What caught most of our attention was its rates. It’s affordable despite the fact that the service was great.

However, the food’s taste was ordinary, and its flavors weren’t particularly distinctive, which goes some way to explaining why it was so reasonably priced. Regardless, it’s still delicious.
