With all of these considered, we think that Nettree is a viable option, especially for business owners. Its internet speeds, stability, and comprehensive installation packages are factors that will surely capture the attention of clients!

Overall, we think that 3BB Broadband’s combined internet and smart TV offerings address the needs of most clients. To us, this is definitely an edge as they offer one of the most consumer-friendly entertainment packages in the industry.

We also like that their broadband and TV bundle are offered at a discounted rate. For example, their 24-month combo plan costs just around 590 THB and you get TV and internet—it’s a pretty amazing offer, right?

Unfortunately, 3BB Broadband has some crucial concerns that need addressing. First, customer service response can be quite slow, and second, cancelling internet plans can be quite a hassle.

Most importantly, though, the internet speed offered by 3BB Broadband isn’t as fast as its other industry competitors. At just 1 Gbps per fibre plan, we think they can definitely do better.

The bottom line? We think that people in Bangkok who are looking for an affordable and comprehensive internet and entertainment package can get it from 3BB Broadband.
However, they shouldn’t expect blazing-fast internet speeds and customer service.

Two other issues we observed are the speed and the variety of services of Samurai Wifi. We hope that they eventually offer 5G services as these are faster and that their services expand beyond just free pocket wifis.

Ultimately, we believe Samurai Wifi should be considered by those who are planning to travel abroad or just go mobile. While their internet speeds are not the best and their services are limited, their 4G pocket wifi certainly gets the job done.

Symphony Communication offers all-around internet connectivity services and we can’t help but be impressed with the packages they have. From domestic and international connectivity to cloud services, customers will surely find what they need here.

Their internet connectivity aims to provide fast internet services to SMEs and large businesses. Though, what we really liked is their added offering of International Network Connectivity, which is perfect for companies who want to outsource their operations!

Another big plus for us is their package for firewall and DDOS protection. We think this shows their strong commitment to customer data privacy—something we (and the clients we spoke with) truly appreciate.

On the aspect of responsiveness, Symphony Communication is also phenomenal, as recovery times from internet outages are pegged at around four to three hours only! We can just imagine the sigh of relief from customers with such an efficient response time.

Based on all of these, we also think that their pricing is quite reasonable. With their fast business-level internet speeds and top-notch customer response, we think customers will get their money’s worth here.

On the downside, we think Symphony Communication should eventually offer its services to private individuals. We think this will further strengthen their brand and lead to better service coverage and, of course, profits for the company.

Nonetheless, we recommend the services of Symphony Communication to SMEs and corporate customers looking for fast and reliable internet services. When each minute of your business counts, it’s best to go with an internet service provider as efficient as this!
