However, some previous customers complained that the company’s customer service is subpar. They claimed that representatives were unaccommodating.

It’s noteworthy that the business has won the Thai Prime Minister’s Insurance Award for Outstanding Non-Life Insurance Broker for the past eight years (2008-2015).

It is safe to say that its success is due to the wealth of knowledge and experiences it has acquired over the years in risk management and insurance. In addition, the business’s skilled resources provided clients with high-quality services that helped them better manage their risks.

We are also very impressed to find out that Lockton has a positive relationship with and strong support from its domestic and international business partners.

Lockton offers non-life insurance such as major corporate risk insurance, commercial corporate risk insurance, employee benefits, reinsurance, multinational clients services, SME insurance, affinity programs, and personal lines.

We appreciate the variety of services offered under each insurance product. It covers the car, home, and travel insurance, which are among the most commonly purchased.

It is also worth noting that on its 30th anniversary, Lockton Wattana achieved premiums of over 10 billion THB. 

We appreciate that their call center support had no issues that could be found when it comes to customer service. As long as you contact them during business hours, someone will always be able to immediately address your concerns.

You can also send an email if that’s your preference. However, because it may take longer for them to respond, we do not recommend doing so if you have an urgent concern.

Unfortunately, the firm’s expertise is limited to casualties and damages. Therefore, it would be best to look at the other options on our list if you’re looking for a life insurance company.

BKI has been in operation for more than 70 years and has more than one million baht in current registered capital.

Additionally, the business offers a comprehensive selection of non-life insurance services based on the management concepts of effectiveness, globalization, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

In light of this, we think Bangkok Insurance will make a good partner if you’re looking for a single provider for various non-life insurance types.

We also appreciate that the business has offices and branches in every part of Thailand. Potential customers will find this convenient because they can simply visit the closest branch.

Notably, the Company received the ISO compliance certificates for its Motor Insurance Department’s services and work systems at the Head Office and branches across the country, making it the first non-life insurer in Asia and Thailand to do so.
