Overall, we found the team’s over 15 years of wedding planning experience impressive. 

Like other wedding planners, Harmonize has an expert team that will help ensure that every aspect of your wedding is streamlined. 

Their services include dealing with the venue, food, dresses, pictures, and even the relationship between the couple to be married and their families. 

Notably, Harmonize offers a free one-hour consultation. We love this because any couple is free to try out if their ideas would jive with the Harmonize team’s capabilities—all with no “strings,” a.k.a. payments attached.

Many of our respondents love Harmonize’s approach to getting to know their clients well to provide a theme fitting for their personalities. All of this is done by the Harmonize team led by P’Koi, with big smiles, honest hearts, and high energy levels.

However, we can’t fully recommend Harmonize for couples on a tight budget as its services’ average cost can get a bit high. But if you still want to try them out, maybe you could agree to a reasonable amount during the free consultation.

Araya is a consultancy service specialising in Islamic weddings, or nikahs. We found it noteworthy that it has been in business since 2001.

Some might be surprised that this wedding consultancy exists since Thailand is predominantly Buddhist. As a fun fact, we should mention that Islam is the second largest religion practiced in Thailand, after Buddhism.

What we like best about Araya are its very comprehensive nikah services.

This includes wedding dresses and suits, as well as photography and video service for pre-wedding and the wedding day itself. Couples can also wed privately at the beautiful Araya House or other Halal venues.

The Araya team ensures that every wedding follows Islamic laws and practices with a deep understanding of the faith and Islamic family culture. Surprisingly, if you and your soon-to-be spouse practice different religions, Araya can also do interfaith weddings.

Our respondents generally love Araya because of its very professional yet friendly team. In addition, they mentioned that their planners gave excellent advice and were always ready to answer any inquiry or request.

The only thing we’re a bit sad about Araya is that they have two rest days, Monday and Friday. 

However, we understand that everyone needs to rest. Monday is a usual downtime for many businesses while Friday is beginning of the Islamic weekend.

Lastly, it’s not surprising to know that fees might get a bit steep for a specialized wedding service. Nevertheless, we still highly recommend Araya for your nikah in Bangkok.

Another wedding planner from Bangkok’s Bang Khen district is Venita Wedding. Interestingly, it’s a cafe and wedding consultancy service rolled into one.

Like many other wedding planners in Bangkok, Venita Wedding can take care of your wedding’s decor, invitations, souvenirs, party favors, reception lights, and sounds. 

However, we noted that its team excels at creating stunning wedding invites because Ventia (through its service called Eros) has been making foil-stamped invitations for more than 30 years. Impressively, these products are high-quality and very affordable.

Furthermore, Venita’s portfolio of past projects speaks for itself. 

We were mesmerized by the classy motives they created for different weddings throughout the years—a little bit repetitive on the chic aesthetic, but surprisingly still unique in their own way per event.

Many of its past customers are very impressed by the high level of service they received from Venita Wedding. In addition, the kind, friendly demeanour of its team was greatly appreciated.

We’re also surprised that Venita Wedding is open daily but closes a bit early. 

But on second thought, we realized that this might be because its office is also a cafe, where you can try the different delicious coffee and desserts, usually served at weddings, too.

Next on our list is 88 Image Wedding & Studio Planner’s branch in Banglumpoo. It’s been in the business of helping create beautiful weddings since 1997.

For starters, we like the establishment’s location because it’s along a road full of jewelry shops. So after buying your gown or meeting with this wedding planner, you can already shop for rings and other jewelry to wear at the wedding.

On the other hand, what our respondents like the best about 88 Image are its selection of beautiful gowns and its economical pricing. You can have a glamorous western-style white gown or a stunning Thai wedding dress for prices that can be considered a steal.

88 Image can also provide a personalised, comprehensive plan.

Its plans and services include the venue, food, decoration, photography, flowers, souvenirs, ceremonial expenses, and other stuff for your dream wedding. So, plus points for convenience since that’s a lot of boxes ticked on your checklist!

Moreover, we appreciate that 88 Image also offers package deals if you want a pre-set list of wedding services under different tiers of pre-set budgets.

However, we’re not sure if it’s just a coincidence that most of its past clients have a vintage chic vibe to their weddings or if it’s the only thing 88 Image offers. So perhaps this could challenge them to be more creative than ever.

But it doesn’t hurt that the staff here are amicable and helpful — a considerable factor as to why it made our list! 

If you’re looking for international-level event management for your Bangkok wedding, then Jabu Events might be the one for you. 

Apart from being in the business of events since 2008, Jabu Events won APAC Insider’s 2021 Best Event Lighting & Sound Rentals.

Located in Watthana district, this award-winning event planner is the brainchild of brothers Vishal (event guru and a former executive at MTV India and Viacom) and Varun Sood (finance guru specialising in private equity).

Here, you’d see the expertise and the great potential this event planner has in making your wedding successful. But this is a double-edged sword because this caliber definitely comes with a high price tag.

Jabu event management handles predominantly corporate and commercial events. Some of its top clients are the United Nations and international corporations IBM, BMW, and L’Oreal.

However, Jabu Events also specializes in wedding services in Bangkok and Phuket. Its team consists of expert local and international wedding professionals who work together to make each wedding unique and stylish yet very meaningful.

It can handle matters from the logistics of the event venue, accommodations, and catering selection, as well as the bride’s, groom’s, and entourage’s clothes and makeup.

Also, since the company owners are Indian and would truly understand the nuances of Indian culture, Jabu is an excellent choice for Thai locals planning an Indian wedding or Indians planning to have a destination wedding in Thailand.

Perhaps the only thing we’re a bit iffy about Jabu Events is that several clients had difficulty finding its office in Bangkok. It’s inside the 71 Sports Club, which is quite a strange choice for an office location.

What we like about them is how closely they work with their clients to tailor their services to the unique desires and wants of each one.

What impresses us is how they exceed client expectations and the amount of effort they put.

They have different services they offer, such as Full Wedding Planning, Wedding Design & Decoration, and Wedding Day Management.

We like their variety of hotels, venues, and partners you can also choose from. We think they’re the finest accommodations, amazing settings, with top-notch amenities that will surely add something more to an already special day.

While many of their past clients can only rave about their experience with this team, there are some who’ve had unfortunate experiences. Some have complained about poor execution, organization, and lousy work ethic.

On the whole, we think they’re worth the shot and worth considering.
