Finally, we had a good shopping experience at Gaoii’s modern and sleek showroom. Aside from its ample parking space and helpful staff, we appreciate that there are no additional fees when using credit cards in their store.

If you don’t mind driving for over an hour to find good-quality and affordable used office furniture, Fur-fice in Nonthaburi is a must-visit!

What we like most about Fur-fice is its wide variety of office furniture available in its store. From office chairs and foldable work tables to used file folders, differently-shaped desks, and filing cabinets, it offers convenience to customers looking for a one-stop shop.

Additionally, most items found in Fur-fice are affordable. Small filing cabinets go as low as 1,000 Baht each, while office desks range from 2,200 Baht to 5,000 Baht.

On the other hand, as with small shops selling used furniture, the quantity for each item is limited. This is troublesome for those looking for matching furniture to furnish a large office space.

Nonetheless, while the occasional dings and dents couldn’t be avoided in used office furniture, we like that most items sold in Fur-fice are in good condition. Some are still wrapped in protective plastic and look almost brand new!

While we found its website quite disappointing due to poor layout and navigability, it’s still a reliable source of information for the available products and their price range. 

Its staff is also responsive, and purely online transactions are possible through bank deposits and shipping options.

However, for those who want to see the actual items to ensure the quality, we recommend bringing an interpreter to help with the details and negotiations. The store is also devoid of any air conditioning units, so make sure to dress comfortably when visiting.

Next on our list is 999 Furniture, a seemingly popular second-hand furniture store in Bangkok’s Bueng Kum district. Established a decade ago, it boasts of having meticulously chosen furnishings from five-star hotels, luxury restaurants, and offices.

Although its shop in Khlong Lam Chiak Road is not fancy, 999 Furniture has over 10,000 items at hand. It stands out from this list because of its wide variety of options that range from second-hand office furniture, kitchen equipment, store displays, and home decors.

Additionally, we found that most items in 999 Furniture are reasonably priced. Some office chairs are priced as low as 500 Baht, and although still decent and functional, we saw that these were quite worn out and could use a thorough cleaning.

On the other hand, many of its items are in good condition, especially those made from high-quality materials like hardwood, thick glass, and steel. However, prepare to shell out a little more for these almost-new and unique finds.

Another thing that we like about 999 Furniture is its reliable customer service. Whether shopping in-store or online, we found that its staff is helpful and responsive, making the ordering process quick and convenient.

Although we’re not a big fan of its glitchy website, we still found it a good resource for window shopping. Furthermore, we hope it can improve this by regularly updating its online catalog since we were only notified that some items are unavailable upon visiting the store. 

Sinka2Hand is a used furniture dealer in the Bang Kapi district in Bangkok. What we like most about this store is its wide variety of reasonably priced used office furniture and home accessories.

We found that most items from Sinka2Hand are pricier than those from other stores on this list. On a positive note, we saw that the quality of second-hand furniture here seems almost brand new. 

Furthermore, we appreciate its attention to detail and good service. Many customers we surveyed mentioned that the furniture and decor they received were thoroughly cleaned.

Another plus is that Sinka2Hand has its own delivery car for smaller furniture. We found this convenient since it immediately delivers the items to its customers on the same day the deposit is made. 

Its online shop is also easy to navigate, although it doesn’t offer an integrated English translation option. The items are clearly presented, and online transactions are possible by simply making a call and paying the deposit and delivery fees.

For those who want to check out their items in person, Sinka2Hand’s physical store along  Ramkhamhaeng Road is easily accessible. Customers can easily access it by the 113 Bus, and it also offers ample parking spaces for those driving there.
