We found it easier to book via chat and phone calls. It’s also convenient since the personnel handling the bookings is fluent in English, making the process easier for us when giving out specific instructions.

An outstanding thing about Patis Laundry is their punctual pick-ups and deliveries. From our experience and survey results, this provider is consistent in getting to their clients at the specific time discussed.

On the other hand, most of the laundry services at Patis Laundry are charged per piece. However, we appreciate that its basic Wash & Fold service is charged per kilogram.

Patis Laundry also charges a minimum of 140 Baht for pick-up and drop-offs, unlike other laundry services in Bangkok that do not charge additional fees in their covered areas.

It is also notable that while Patis Laundry is a famous option for travelers staying in hotels, it is a top choice for locals because of its in-home rug, carpet, and curtain cleaning services.

Patis Laundry also offers Dry Cleaning services using eco-friendly chemicals, giving it additional points on our books. Moreover, its prices are reasonable given the reliable service it provides to its customers.

Next on our list is HiSpeed Laundry in Sukhumvit Soi 13. This establishment has been around since 2005 and is well-known for its reasonable prices and good services.

What we like most about this laundry service is that the clothes are washed in the store by their staff and not sent to factories that use big machines and high-heat dryers.

For those who want to drop off and pick up their laundry personally, it’s quite difficult to find HiSpeed Laundry. Since it’s in the basement of Sukhumvit Suites, the establishment is not visible from outside the building. 

Customers need to go down to the basement and walk several meters after turning left to find this laundry service provider.

While HiSpeed Laundry charges additional fees for its pickup and delivery services, we appreciate that customers with orders above 20 kilograms get the service for free. Moreover, its services are charged per kilogram, which is a great thing.

We also like that HiSpeed Laundry is affordable. Its Wash, Dry & Fold services only cost 69 Baht for every kilogram, and it occasionally holds promotions that take almost 20 Baht off the price per kilo.

Furthermore, its Wash, Dry, Press & Fold service costs 150 Baht per kilogram and only takes a maximum of two days to complete. This is quick when compared to other laundry services, which usually take three days.

It’s also worth mentioning that the staff at HiSpeed Laundry are friendly and accommodating. It’s always a welcome sight to be greeted and accommodated by their happy and cheerful personnel.

DAD Laundry Service is another provider which caters to travelers staying in hotels around Bangkok. However, it does not provide services to areas outside Sathon.

Moreover, DAD Laundry Service does not have a physical location where customers can drop off their items. However, its pick-up and delivery services are reliable and punctual.

We like that DAD Laundry Service offers affordable rates, at only 50 Baht for every kilogram. However, customers need to book a minimum of four kilograms to avail of their services.

Another drawback we found with DAD Laundry Service is that its lack of physical location made it prone to scammers listing fake pins on Google Maps. Customers are forewarned to not drop off their items in these locations.

Notably, DAD Laundry Service only does pick-ups and deliveries through its website. While it’s a convenient process to book online, we would have appreciated having the option to book through the phone.

We like the reliable service that this provider gives to its customers. On the other hand, we hope it would provide more options to its customers since it only offers Wash, Dry & Fold services.

Overall, the service at DAD Laundry is remarkable, and we like the scent used on our clothing. The clothes were also neatly folded and well-organized in their plastic bag when delivered to us, and this was something we definitely appreciated.

Mary’s Dry Clean & Laundry is the oldest laundry provider on our list. Since its establishment in 1998, it has gained experience cleaning clothes, evening dresses, suits, shoes, bags, curtains, carpets, toys, and sofas.

Furthermore, its long experience in the industry made it a top choice for dry cleaning luxury items like designer clothes, shoes, and bags. Its bag spa is one of its well-known services, and these items almost look brand new after being serviced by them.

We also like the fast services at Mary’s Dry Clean & Laundry. From our experience, the items we dropped off were already available for pick up the following day.

We also like that this establishment is conveniently located on the lower ground floor of the Exchange Tower near BTS Asok Station. Since it’s in a mall, we found it accessible and its facilities comfortable.

It’s also interesting that Mary’s Dry Clean & Laundry sells bags, accessories, and jewelry in its location. We noted that there are no machines in the establishment, so the laundry services must be done offsite.

On the other hand, Mary’s Dry Clean & Laundry charges per piece, which make up for a somewhat expensive bill, depending on the items. We appreciate that it offers free deliveries for customers within five kilometers of its store, for a minimum of 500 Baht worth of services.

On a final note, even with its expensive rates, Mary’s Dry Clean & Laundry provides high-quality and reliable services that have been tried and tested for two decades. With its good track record, we trust it can deliver to our expectations each time.
