On the other hand, this high standard comes at a price. We must note that Vejthani Hospital is frequently criticized for its high costs of treatments and services, which might be too costly for individuals with lower means.

Bumrungrad International Hospital offers medical and cosmetic services, making it a one-stop shop for wellness and aesthetic care.

Specifically, we admire Dr. Pairunyar Nakavachara, an endocrinologist at this hospital . She received her education in pediatric endocrinology in Chicago and received first-class honors at Mahidol University.

However, we were a bit frustrated knowing that she is only available on Sundays.

On the bright side, we admire the doctors’ detailed and straightforward way of describing the procedures and expected outcomes. 

We also like that they give you instructions for quick recovery after the treatment or therapy.

In particular, the Endocrinology, Diabetes & Clinical Nutrition department of Bumrungrad International Hospital offers a thorough approach to treating diabetes and other hormonal issues.

There are 21 endocrinologists in this department. All of them have completed multiple board exams, attended famous global medical schools, and are members of medical organizations.

Some even have published research and publications like textbooks, articles, and journals.

Bumrungrad’s awards and certifications are yet another fantastic feature. This feature increases our trust in the qualifications of their workers because it affects how well-resulted they are.

Even with discounts, we discovered that the charges are still somewhat high. The actual rates are only reduced by about two to three percent.

We also have some issues regarding their unresponsive online customer service. If they were more responsive to questions, it would benefit many patients.

Despite this, we think Bumrungrad is a great choice if you’re looking for exceptional doctors because of their many credentials and medical experiences.

The Diabetes and Endocrine Center Bangkok Hospital develop a team of medical specialists with expertise and high standards in treating and educating diabetic patients.

The institution also employs a staff of doctors, diabetic specialists, food experts, advocates, pharmacists, foot care professionals, and metabolic doctors.

There are 11 doctors who focus on hormonal systems and metabolism at Bangkok Hospital.

Notably, some doctors have board qualifications and further training. They have also spent years studying medicine with a specialization in the said field, which we find reassuring.

In particular, we find Dr. Kitti Angsusing is notable with over 50 years of medical experience and specialization in Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism. In addition, he received certification in Endocrinology at University of Pittsburgh, U.S.A.

In addition to screening and treating the effects of being overweight, such as diabetes, they also help to discover the underlying reasons for being overweight, such as low thyroid disease.

We appreciate the clinic’s extensive range of services complemented by high-end technology. 

Also, they provide accurate outcomes, efficient care, and weight reduction therapy.

The doctors will customize the treatment plan to meet your unique goals, preferences, and availability while considering any existing conditions.

We also appreciate that the clinic’s website summarizes the services, such as what it is for or what procedures are performed.

However, the test package prices, which start at 2,700 THB, surprised us. We find this a little pricey for a test package that does not include the doctor Fee and medication.

BNH Hospital has more than 124 years of medical experience. It was built to offer nursing care to foreign residents and was formerly known as the Bangkok Nursing Home Hospital.

This hospital’s advanced medical equipment and patient-centered medical knowledge ensure that any therapy will be carried out expertly.

More than that, the clinic’s physicians, surgeons, and other medical staff know the patient’s medical requirements. 

Also, they have experience giving treatments, so you know you’re in excellent hands.

Specifically, we think Dr. Chotiwan Tanwattananikul is a good choice if you’re seeking an endocrinologist. She will be of great help for other conditions since he comes from the Cardiometabolic Center.

Despite being the only doctor focused on hormonal systems and metabolism, she has the qualifications and experience necessary to help you with your issue.

We were also impressed that Dr. Chotiwan Tanwattananikul completed her M.D. at Songkhlanakarin University with second-class honors. For us, this aspect shows her competence in tackling patient concerns.

Overall, we are amazed by how exceptional BNH Hospital is because of its high-end amenities that will make your stay comfortable.

On the downside, some former patients complained about the quality of treatment they got during consultations. For instance, there was poor management of waiting lines to see the doctor despite having an appointment.

We must also mention that it costs a lot of money to get surgery or receive therapy here. 

The BNH Hospital may be one of the most expensive clinics in the city. Although, we think its high-quality amenities and medical staff are worth the expense, especially if you need thorough care.

The Endocrinology and Metabolism Clinic at MedPark Hospital focuses on examining risk groups, such as those with close relatives with diabetes.

MedPark is managed by medical experts and executive teams with more than 30 years of combined healthcare excellence.

Overall, the hospital has seven endocrinologists, and one of the best in our books is Dr. Watcharaphan Asnumeth.

She is a graduate of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. 

Aside from her educational background and expertise, we found it convenient that she’s available from Tuesday to Saturday.

Aside from Dr. Watcharaphan Asnumeth, the MedPark Endocrinology and Metabolism Clinic team is experienced and competent. Many patients we spoke with commented that the specialists are thorough and patient.

The hospital’s fully certified and highly experienced doctors are professionals at diagnosing and treating different endocrine sickness. Because of their experience, we find it reassuring and safe for patients with various issues. 

With experience treating hormone systems conditions, the hospital’s experts can quickly identify the source of sickness. They also offer a treatment plan that will give effective relief and put you on the road to recovery. 

It’s also worth mentioning that an excellent medical team is available to provide complete support. This service includes installing routine blood glucose monitoring to gather data for treatment and identify different risk behaviors.

On the downside, it is a bit upsetting because online customer service takes too long to respond to questions and other therapy-related concerns.

Another drawback we found with MedPark is its high-priced consultation fee, around 2000 THB.
