Our survey respondents consistently praised the hospital’s modern look and professional staff and we can’t help but agree! One look at the interior of the hospital’s building confirms that the place is organized, clean, and properly managed.

Upon visiting the facility, we can say that Bangkok Hospital provides their customers with a wonderful experience. Some of its services even include airport transfers and thoughtful meals served to in-patients.

On the downside, the most common issue raised by our survey respondents is the cost of services in this hospital. Meanwhile, other patients claim that the price is just right for quality healthcare services.

In terms of facilities, patients spoke highly of the hospital’s building design, claiming certain areas of the hospital are still accessible despite the facility’s two-building set-up. This is all thanks to the connective walkways and strategically placed elevators.

Our respondents also praised the professionalism and the excellent service they received from this hospital. However, we found some negative comments complaining about their strict policies – but this was all during the height of the COVID pandemic.

Finally, patients also lamented the long queues they had to endure during peak hours of the hospital. Although, we think this is most probably due to the large number of patients being handled by the hospital, which is also a testament to their good service.
